The only problem is that they are made in and shipped from Ecuador, a small country in South America, so shipping time and if necessary returns are longer than usual. We ship via Postal Services within 24 hours of purchase, 6 days a week, and normal delivery time is 10 to 21 days.

Our product prices are very low for quality merchandise and our shipping costs are a little high because we ship directly from Ecuador although we charge less than what it actually costs us for shipping.

If you are not happy with your purchase when you receive it, we will work with you to resolve your problem, including exchanging your purchase or accepting your return and refunding your total purchase price (less shipping costs unless your purchase arrived damaged or not as ordered) within 30 days of receipt with NO restocking fee.
